An experienced staff and a whole new facility will be the highlights of the 2004-2005 season at the Siskiyou Ice Rink.

The manager of the rink returns for the new season with a new name after getting married during the off-season, and Nancy Patrick says she's ready for a great season of ice skating at the Rink.

"We're going to have a really experienced staff to help everyone in Northern California have a great time at the Siskiyou Ice Rink this winter," Ms. Patrick explained.

Maintenance supervisor John Zanni returns a veteren ice making crew to a facility that was completely rebuilt during the off-season. "A concrete floor has been installed and encased in that floor are new chilling coils," Mr. Zanni explained. "We are really looking forward to experiencing much easier ice making, plus we'll also be able to use the facility during the summer for roller blading and other activities."
